Our Office
Dr. Berg's office at the Chiropractic Clinic of Three Forks is located in beautiful Three Forks, Montana on historic Main Street, next to Wheat Montana headquarters and the Sheriff's Office. Inside we have state-of-the art equipment to offer the best chiropractic care available. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Financial
There is no charge to you for the consultation to talk with the doctor about your condition. Before any professional services are rendered, the cost will be explained to you. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need. We bill most insurance claims for you directly from our office. For those we are out of net work with, any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if possible. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
