New Patient Visit: There is no charge for a consultation with Dr. Berg. If it is determined that Dr. Berg will take your case, the initial visit is $125, which includes an examination, x-rays and radiology overread. The cost will be higher in the rare case any care is offered on the first visit. Medicare or Medicare Supplemental insurance does not cover any portion of a new patient visit so payment in full is required at the time of service.
Spinal Adjustments: $60-70

Further Treatment: When extended Treatment Plans are recommended a good faith estimate for expected services will be presented in writing to the patient or guardian.
Dr. Berg works for you the patient and to keep insurance companies from getting in the middle of that relationship he is not in network with any insurance company. However we will still submit your claim to your insurance company and any possible reimbursement will be sent directly to you in about 7-14 business days.
