New Patient Visit: There is no charge for a consultation with Dr. Berg. If it is determined that Dr. Berg will take your case, cost for the initial visit is typically $400 or less, which includes an examination, x-rays and radiology overread. The cost will be higher in the rare case any care is offered on the first visit. Medicare or Medicare Supplemental insurance does not cover any portion of a new patient visit so payment in full is required at the time of service.
Spinal Adjustments: $60-70

Further Treatment: When extended Treatment Plans are recommended a good faith estimate for expected services will be presented in writing to the patient or guardian.
Dr. Berg works for you the patient and to keep insurance companies from getting in the middle of that relationship he is not in network with any insurance company. However we will still submit your claim to your insurance company and any possible reimbursement will be sent directly to you in about 7-14 business days.
* Effective June 1st, 2024 Dr. Berg will no longer be in network with Allegiance, Pacific Source or Cigna insurance. However we will still send your claim to your insurance company and any possible reimbursement will be sent directly to you in about 7-14 business days.
* Effective June 15th, 2022 This office will no longer accept work injury/compensation cases.
* Effective June 13th, 2022 Dr. Berg is no longer an in network provider with BCBS and payment will be due in full at the time of service. However we will still send your claim to BCBS and any possible reimbursement will be sent directly to you in about 7-14 business days.
* Effective July 13th, 2022 Dr. Berg is no longer an in network provider with BCBS Medicare Advantage.
